The three men in the small Honda must have been feeling pretty good after a big meal at a
local Mom and Pop Italian restaurant. The car was being driven by Joey Grosso a limo company
owner and a mob hopeful. The man in the passenger seat was Bill Carrol or that is what he was
calling himself at this time. Bill Carroll was a Shylock and he had just become a strip club owner
after his former front man Jimmy Casino was shot dead. The big man in the rear seat was Mike
Rizzi a LA Family Capo who had blasted enough guys in California to start his own graveyard.
They were now in a Santa Ana, California parking structure near South Coast Plaza. Mike Rizzi
was giving Joey directions to his car as he joked with Bill. Over there pull in next to my car and
let me out, Mike said. Joey slowly pulled into the parking slot and then put the car in park. Mike
suddenly reached around with his left arm, grabbing Bill in a head lock and jerking him
backwards. Joey then grabbed Bills legs to keep him from squirming. Mike then jammed a 22cal
pistol into the back of Bills head. This is for not letting us eat! Mike snarled as he pumped three
slugs into Bills head. The shots were deafening in the small car, blood shot everywhere and a
light haze filled the car. Mike threw Bills lifeless body forward and they exited the car. They got
into another car that had already been stashed in the parking structure and drove into the night.
Hours later a bloody Bill Carrol startled an hourly security guard, the three slugs had failed to kill
him.
