RONNIE LORENZO THE BUST OUT BONANNO
	Ronnie was somehow made into the Bonanno Family and when things became to tough on the streets of New York he migrated to California. I know that his pal James Caan asked the Animal to give Ronnie a Shylock loan to get him started in Los Angeles.  The Animal wanted no part in giving this guy a loan, he was simply a bad risk.  So the Animal told James Caan to give his own money.  The first thing you think when you see Ronnie is they made this guy.  Ronnie stands about six feet tall with a fringe of hair crowning his bald dome.  He strongly resembles Elmer Fudd in the way he looks and speaks.  The first time I saw him was at the Federal lock up in Taft California with his prison issue dungarees and coke bottle glasses he looked like a joke.  I wondered how a guy could do something like nine years and still be so fat. I saw him with fellow alleged Bonanno Family Capo Vinnie Faraci.  Vinnie was the night shift manager for the Crazy Horse Too in Las Vegas.          Ronnie had tried his hand in a LA in the restaurant business, that didn't keep Ronnie afloat so he turned to drug dealing.  He fell in with Joey Ippolito the tubby connected drug dealer who Ronnies claims is related to him.  They were soon involved with some shady people and some kids out from Boston.  The Kids from Boston wanted to make movies and sell dope. One kid was the adopted son of then New England Family Boss Raymond Patriarica Jr.  The kid was working with the FBI and Ronnie was busted.  James Caan put up his home for Ronnie's bail, but Ronnie was convicted. Ronnie began to work as a manager of Frankie on Melrose after his release from prison. I would see him with guys like Ronnie Caan, James drugged out brother, Johnny Roast Beef the obese wannabee actor/bookie.  Then Ronnie had his own pizza joint in Brentwood, which had good food by the way.  The thing is Ronnie has a big mouth and when asked point blank he lies because he is a punk.  His fall back?  Mob guys?  No the police!  The thing is can you blame Ronnie for being a punk? The Boss of his family  Joey Massino killed and took money for twenty years, he claimed Joe Bonanno was a disgrace because he wrote a book.  Joey wanted to change the name of the Family to the Massino Family and then he was convicted. This three hundred pound diabetic multi millionaire who is in his late sixties flipped just after the jury read the verdict.  Then he wore a wire on against acting boss Vinny Gorgeous. That is Ronnies boss, but at least he did work and he was not a punk on the street. I met some Bonanno's in Brooklyn and they were tough smart guys shooters.  Ronnie could never even measure up to them.  I guess this is why powerhouse Bonanno Harry Leonard wanted nothing to do with Ronnie in California...... Harry knew a bad pumpkin when he Saw it...
