The Boss is the absolute ruler of his Family. The size of the family
does not matter because all bosses are equals. They cash goes from
associate to solider to Capo to Underboss and finally to the Boss. It is like
many small creeks that flow together to form a large river.
The number two man in the family. A buffer between the
Capo's and the Boss. Often will meet with other Families to
settle disputes.
