	The man known as Joey Ipp is from New Jersey.  I know that he first made his fortune by using speed boats to unload bales of pot from "Mother Ships" off Long Island. They would speed into hidden coves and private docks to unload their cargo.  He would later use the same technique to make millions in Miami only this time he would be transporting cocaine.  Joey Ipp became involved in the racing boat industry centered in Thunder Alley Miami.  Joey would become a champion power boat racer along with fellow drug dealer Ben Kramer.  Along the way he would be link to the CIA and even Gary Harts failed Presidential run.  The truth was Joey Ipp was never a made man and he was a soft touch.  Joey along with his brother Louie had no muscle, they sold millions in cocaine. They were easy marks for anyone who wished to make a quick buck.  They turned to LA Capo Mike Rizzi who in turn asked the Animal to help out.  Joey Ipp kept them busy because he was always losing money. The Animal would later have two problems with the brothers.  One was they were giving cocaine to Ronnie Caan brother of Godfather Actor Jimmy Caan.  They had been fronting the cocaine to Ronnie and when they came to collect he ran to Jimmy. Jimmy asked the Animal to step in and help out, one visit from the Animal and that was that.  Sometime later the Animal had to let them know they weren't wanted around the Playboy Mansion, because of their cocaine sales. Joey Ipp was also arrested with bust out Bonnano Family man Ronnie Lorenzo in a cocaine deal.   Joey would flip on his cohorts, walk away from a Federal Prison Camp.   I hear Joey is doing alright now......unil he gets busted again...
