FOREX FRANKIE BUMP'S   LAST DEAL
	Tony "The Animal" Fiato was ready to work when he received the call to meet Mike Rizzi at Dupar's in Studio City.  The Animal was less ready for work when he spotted Rizzi seated with Jack LoCicero, a sixty year old grease ball left over from the Dragna days. The Animal could barley make out what this poorly put together made man was telling him at the table.  The Animal looked to Rizzi for some help translating this mans English. Rizzi went on to explain to the both of them that Jimmy "The Weasel" Frattiano had been told  by San Diego Capo Frankie Bumps about this independent porn operation that was supplying porn to Mexico and operating out of a San Fernando Valley Motel.  The two guys who were running it were not "with" anyone, so they were ripe for a shakedown. The plan that Rizzi laid out was for the Animal,Jack and this crumb bum Dominic "The Pig" to go into their office only after both guys were there.  Then the Animal was supposed to do the talking, why Rizzi wanted the others to go with the Animal will remain a mystery.  The Animal was enough muscle, the other two were dead weight. The thing was this was Cosa Nostra and Rizzi was a Capo. The three men took up position across the street from the motel where they would have a good view of the office. Within minutes the LAPD was across from them taking pictures, to compound this the FBI soon joined in on the photo shoot.  The Animal not one to waste time decided that they were pulling down to much heat, so he told Jack that they were going inside the office.  Jack immediately started saying that they could not because Rizzi had told them to wait until both guys were inside the office.  The Animal looked at the two lumps and said fuck Rizzi I'm going inside before the fucking Marines show up. The Animal went through the door with his two stooges behind him and grabbed guy inside the place.  We represent the guys in LA you gotta pay to operate here! The Animal said.  Then just in case the guy who the Animal grabbed didn't understand the Animals English Jack said it again in broken English.   The three men left right after that to meet Rizzi, who was pissed off at the Animal for saying fuck Rizzi to Jack. That was more than enough for the Animal who decided to work the LA Streets without any help for awhile.           Rizzi was not about to let a potential score just float away so he pursued it.  Rizzi ended up going back there with Tommy Ricardi, Jack and some others.  The two men turned out to be FBI Agents and they take the family down.  Rizzi and the others smell a rat in the whole operation.  Jimmy Frattiano had been told about the operation by Frankie Bumps so he called Frankie on incident.  Frankie said he clipped the two guys who told him about the porn guys at FOREX.  Frattiano knew this sounded to clean so he informed the rest of the guys that Frankie was a rat.  It seems that two agents had overheard Frattiano saying he wanted to take over the porn biz, so they set a sting in motion.  Frankie Bumps a longtime Capo was also a long time FBI informant who was playing both sides.  The FBI tired of being played gave him the information about FOREX and put him on front street.
