Family in Las Vegas. He has been around Fat Steve Cino and the Caci
Brothers. Jimmy is very fond of Bobby. Bobby was involved with the Buffalo
Family in the Union racketeering. He was exposed but he had never been
convicted of a crime until he was arrested for involvement in the Fat Herbie hit.
Bobby had a used car lot "goodfella's" in Las Vegas. I will be telling more of
his story at a later date! He is out now in Las Vegas.
Here is a little from his appeal....
"Panaro told DeLuca that Caruso did not
have the authority to kill Blitzstein without permission from
New York. Panaro said he was going to have to check with
appellant Stephen Cino, an LCN member, about the mur-
der/extortion plan. Panaro and Cino asked John Branco to tell
Caruso not to kill Blitzstein. Panaro said that after the first of
the year, they would confront Blitzstein. Branco passed on
Panaro's and Cino's message to Caruso."
